Section 29I
Sending in writing to the concerned country

(1) Section 29ch. If it is found that any property or fund of a person, group or organization whose name is mentioned in the list published as per subsection (1) is found to be in a foreign country, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall immediately send a written request to the relevant country through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to freeze such property or fund. If the name of the group or organization is removed from such a list, the Ministry of Home Affairs shall also send a written notice to the concerned country through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to release its withheld property or funds.
